Bonnie L. Savoy

A Co-Founder & Partner of Radcliff Search Partners, Bonnie works on all level searches including medical, accounting, information technology and fashion.

Before forming Radcliff Search Partners, Bonnie was an independent research & recruiting consultant, routinely retained by premier search firms to provide research & recruiting across most industries and functions.

Bonnie began her executive search career as a research associate at David Brooke Associates, a boutique retained search firm. In the course of a 7 year career with the firm, her roles included Associate Director of the firm’s research department and VP & Director of Research, managing a team of 6 researchers.
Bonnie is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, where she studied business. She is an active member of the Executive Search Roundtable.

Debbie M. Ginsberg

A Co-Founder & Partner of Radcliff Search Partners, Debbie primarily works on various level searches within the apparel & accessory industry.  She specializes in Sales, Design, Production, Retail, Buying and Merchandising.

Before forming Radcliff Search Partners, Debbie Ginsberg was a senior level fashion recruiter with a well known and reputable recruiting firm.  Her duties consisted of placing multi leveled positions.  She also played a vital role in the business development of the firm, which she continues to do at RSP.

Debbie’s career began with Federated Department Stores in their Executive Training Program.  From there she continued to work in the apparel industry until transitioning herself into the recruiting field.

Debbie is a graduate of State University at Albany , where she majored in English and Psychology.
